Shipping

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. For International customers, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and no fees are required upon delivery.

The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:
 
• Domestic only: 1 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve or after multiple attempts to be contacted, then it is returned to Sender (L’officina di LeRoy), we will issue you a refund for the item/s only and keep the shipment fee for restock. If you would like to then have it resent back out you will be charged a shipping fee.

International:

DHL and UPS shipping services with tracking numbers are used to ship and deliver your items.
